Gallery 33 is pleased to present a painting exhibition by Antoni Bokserov.
You are invited to experience 15 large-scale abstract works, each measuring an impressive 175 x 200 cm.
This is the first solo exhibition by the young artist, who works in the field of abstract art.
"My name is Antoni Bokserov, I’m 38 years old and I’m from Varna.
When I was a child, my elementary school teacher – who was also an artist – recognized my imagination and talent for drawing. She taught me art in extracurricular classes for a year or two.
For many years, I suppressed this passion, but now I’ve decided to dedicate myself to it more seriously.
That’s why I challenged myself to create this solo exhibition – and even chose to paint the works at the last minute, seeking a deeper experience and inspiration.
I have decided to create only two hundred paintings throughout my artistic journey – and no more. I will deliberately "kill" the artist within me while I am still alive, to give my work a sense of limitation and rarity."
